Find us at 1018 Nickerson Blvd, Hutchinson, KS 67501. We're open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays to prep for the week ahead. The place was very clean, the staff was extremely kind, and the food was generous. The Triple X root beer was very good. The brisket is delicious with their sauce, but the ribs I could eat dry. Their meat was a little on the Texas dry side, but the flavour and smoke were excellent.

Just as good as it used to be when Ann and Ryan were casting the smells. If you're ever in the area, don't pass on this Kansas gem, which has some of the best BBQ in the state. Best of luck, Kirk! It was nice to meet you yesterday.
