Yum! If you need a local spot to eat in Hutch, do not pass up this opportunity. Brisket and pork are fresh and tender. My open-face sandwich bread was warmed on the grill with butter. Homemade pickles. The BBQ sauce is great. I had potato salad, which was also great. A very friendly guy explained all options. I hope to come back next time I am in town!

The most amazing barbecue ever. The bread they make the sandwiches with is Texas toast, dipped in garlic butter, and grilled to a perfectly crisp perfection. It’s an out-of-this-world experience. They have cream, corn, and baked beans. All you can eat. Along with the most incredible homemade pickles with fresh dill. The tea is free!!!

5 stars, more like ten stars. Awesome, awesome barbecue. This place is one stop you are going to want to make. Don't be fooled by your navigation; you're not lost, it's just off the beaten path. You had better not be much past eleven o'clock open time to get some turkey breast. Brisket is amazing, sausage is amazing, ribs are amazing, sauce is amazing, not too sweet or hot but perfect!
